Nutrition.
Thanks to a childhood marked by culinary forays, experimental cooking and constant encouragement to "just try it", I have developed a particularly intuitive connection to the culinary arts. The focus is as much on cooking as it is on hosting. I adore the unique capacity of food to bring people together, to create a moment of tranquility and appreciation.
Aesthetics.
Going through life with open eyes, noticing the beauty of details and finding inspiration in the everyday is one of my favorite tasks. Therefore, it was not far-fetched to also deal with this topic professionally. Since my art, design and communication studies I work as a graphic design freelancer mainly in the areas of: Corporate Design, Screen Design, Retail Branding but also Print Data Creation.
Spirituality.
The idea of strengthening the body and mind through a holistic exploration of the Self accompanies me more and more each year. Thereby I have been allowed to get to know different forms of spirituality. Constant companion was the magic of the moon and its special importance for femininity, as well as the art of tarot and the power of Kundalini.
